Global positioning of vehicles and the surveillance of employees

In the absence of a declaration by the CNIL, (the French Data Protection Authority), a GPS system of employee vehicles and personal information relating to them
with regard to the conduct and use of a vehicle by an employee, unlawfully obtained by the employer, precludes any complaints arising thereof as they cannot be proven.
