Direct and indirect price fixing, market sharing, handling tendering procedures, submitting false quotes to clients: there are many anti- competitive practices that have already been penalised by the Competition Authority in France and the European Commission. The Court of the European Union confirms the seriousness of these practices by invalidating a marginal decision on the matter delivered by the European Commission.
