Ascertainment of infractions against the traffic Code committed within the purview of transportation of goods on the road

LawNo.2013-431 of 28 May 2013 completes the list of infractions committed by means of vehicles involved in the transportation of goods on the road that may be ascertained by State officials or agents charged with the control of land transportations placed under the authority of the minister charged with Transport (C. route, art. L. 130-6).
