A decision of 14 May 2013 pertains to the kilometric rate and to the adjustments of the national tax on vehicles for the transportation of goods which are applied to it for 2013.
It fixes the applicable rates for each of the categories of vehicles for the transportation of goods having a total authorized laden weight of over 3.5 tonnes. These rates are adjusted based on the EURO class to which the taxed vehicle belongs.
