The use of a GPS system for control of working hours is permitted only when the check cannot be made by other means and it is not justified when the employee has freedom in the organization of his work. In addition, a GPS system can be used by the employer for purposes other than those declared to the National Commission on Informatics and Liberties, and brought to the attention of employees.
